The Ford Mustang is one of the first models that comes to mind when it comes to sports cars. The concept of the Mustang Mach-E is an SUV model that is completely different from a sports car in concept but impresses with its performance.
The overall design makes the Mustang feel the aggressive genes, and the Mach-E comes with a tough front. Sharp and thin LED headlights from the legendary model of the car, because it is fully electric does not carry shutters. However, Ford designers placed a bright black finish on the front to remind the hexagonal grid.
The Ford Mustang Mach-E, which looks very different from its competitors when viewed from the side profile, takes on a lowered appearance with the coupe roof line. Lifting the traditional door handles to increase aerodynamic efficiency, Ford opted for a touch button system hidden in the door pillars. The only thing that stands out at the rear is the triple LED stop group, which is reminiscent of the Mustang.
The interior is designed in a minimalist style. The steering wheel with Mustang logo draws attention and the 15.5-inch Sync infotainment system stands out in the living area. This huge screen, reminiscent of Tesla, makes all the operations inside the vehicle possible. In addition, the 10.2-inch instrument panel integrates with the chest area. According to Ford, the vehicle used a synthetic leather material that gives a true-to-life feel. This means that the interior offers a very luxurious appearance.
The list of options is sporty and adorned with premium details. Bang & Olufsen audio system with 10 speakers, panoramic glass roof, ambient lighting, heated steering wheel and front seats stand out as options. With a luggage capacity of 821 liters, the Ford Mustang Mach-E offers a total of 957 liters of storage if the front section is also used. When the rear seats are folded, the luggage volume reaches 1,688 liters.
The motor model and range options of the electric model are also mentioned in the launch. It offers 2 different range options as standard and long range, and comes with a total of 9 different configuration options. When this happens, a very crowded list emerges.
The 0-100 km acceleration values of the vehicles are also remarkable. The rear-wheel drive version completes this process in under 6 seconds, while the four-wheel drive option takes around 5 seconds. On the other hand, the 3.5-second GT Performance hardware looks remarkably strong. Mustang Mach-E can reach 80% range in 38 minutes in 150kW DC charging station and will benefit from all charging stations in USA free of charge.
The Ford Mustang Mach-E's Premium and First Edition versions will be on the road towards the end of 2020. Select and GT Performance options will be available in 2021 at the earliest. Last but not least, the price of the vehicle varies between $ 40,000 and $ 60,500 depending on the equipment it has....
