Toyota recalls about 700,000 vehicles in America due to an error in the gas pump. According to the manufacturer, Toyota and Lexus produced between 2018 and 2019 have a gas pump that can stop working at any time.
Without an explanation as to why this problem has been encountered, it is stated that if such a situation occurs, the vehicle's engine cannot be started again. It is also stated that if problems occur at high speeds, it will cause accidents.
Toyota officials state that they are still investigating the incident and are in the process of developing solutions. It is also said that whenever a solution is found, the problem in all vehicles will be corrected for free.
Recalled models on Lexus; LS 500, LC 500, RC 350, RC300, IS 300, ES 350, LX 570, GX 460, RX 350, NX 300, RX 350L and GS 300 models.
In Toyota; Camry, Highlander, Land Cruiser, Sequoia, Sienna, Tacoma, Avalon and Corolla models were recalled.
Vehicle owners will be informed by mail in March.
